We rebranded Belfast Healthy Cities to reflect who they are today – collaborative, optimistic and committed to a healthier future for Belfast. Through workshops, questionnaires and conversations with eight stakeholder groups, we got to the heart of what BHC stands for and what it needed from its new identity. The new brand and accompanying motion graphics film gives Belfast Healthy Cities the clarity, consistency and confidence to show up at scale.

We’re (very!) proud to share some exciting news from DHD.

Steven Legge has been appointed Managing Director after six years with the agency, marking a very natural and well-deserved next step in DHD’s growth.

Since Steven joined the business, DHD has grown from a team of five to 13, expanding our work across brand, web, film, photography and content.

Alongside Steven’s appointment, we’ve also recently welcomed Adam to the team as filmmaker, promoted Dan to Head of Design, Lucy to Head of Video, and welcomed Olivia as a junior designer.

This next chapter is about continuing to build a strong, story-led creative agency that helps clients think more strategically about their brand, their content and how they show up across every touchpoint.

It was great to meet the amazing team at Young Lives vs Cancer today to present the £200 donation raised through our DHD Step Challenge.

Over four weeks, the team got competitive with the aim to go outside more, and rack up thousands of steps. The winner, Kezia, chose Young Lives vs Cancer as the charity to receive the donation, and we're delighted to support the incredible work they do for children, young people, and families facing cancer.

A huge thank you to everyone at Young Lives vs Cancer for meeting with us and sharing more about the impact of your work. We are inspired by the difference you make every day.

A big well done to everyone at DHD for getting involved, and congratulations again to Kezia on taking the top spot! A challenge that got us moving, brought us together, and helped support a fantastic cause. We'd call that a win all round.

Today we had a catch-up with David, the Mastermind behind DHD!

Favourite quote or mantra? “No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.” Theodore Roosevelt, 26th President of the United States - Love this quote - it reminds us that we always need to start any conversation, meeting, or interaction genuinely caring about the person we’re speaking to, not trying to impress or talk at people.

Favourite project you’ve worked on? There are so many over the years, but currently, I’m really delighted with how the post-production of ‘The Founder Mindset’ podcast has gone for Harvard Business School. Lucy has done an excellent job leading on that for the last number of months.
