Meet the team 👋 Today we’re spotlighting Arthur Rafferty, Head of IT at b4b Group.

Arthur oversees IT operations across the business, leading pre-sales engineering, client engagement, project delivery and technical oversight.

As team lead, he plays a central role in ensuring projects are delivered effectively.

With experience across the full MSP pathway - from Level 1 support through to senior engineering roles - Arthur brings a strong technical background to b4b Group.

Fun fact: Arthur spent part of his childhood being educated in the Caribbean! 🌴

When it comes to a gadget he can’t live without - his coffee machine is the obvious choice. ☕

We’re delighted to announce that we raised £4,000 for our charity partner, Hope 4 Life NI, at our 2026 Charity Golf Day! ⛳

These vital funds will support Hope 4 Life NI as they carry out their valuable work across Northern Ireland.

From adult training programmes to early intervention workshops for children and young people, their initiatives empower individuals with the resilience and problem-solving skills needed to improve mental health and wellbeing.

We're delighted to welcome two new colleagues to the b4b Group team! 🎉

Jonny Weir joins us as Senior Account Manager and will play a key role in growing our managed security offering. With a strong and loyal customer base already benefiting from our telephony and connectivity services, Jonny will help customers further strengthen their security posture and protect their businesses in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
