We're delighted to introduce Ryan Owens, who joined us in April as our new Account Manager, bringing valuable agency and account management experience to the team.
We're also excited to welcome Conor McAuley, who joined us at the beginning of June as our new Midweight Graphic Designer. Conor brings a wealth of experience across graphic design and photography, adding even more creative talent to the studio.

We built Monostays brand to bottle up luxury in the short-stay world.

As a studio, we loved shaping the Monostays identity, a brand designed to feel as considered and beautiful as the spaces themselves.

Our job was to create a brand that matched that feeling of refinement, minimalism and unmistakably premium.

From the first click to the final checkout, every guest touchpoint was designed to feel intentional and elevated.

A restrained palette does the heavy lifting, with carefully chosen accents to lift key moments across the experience.

We held our first town hall of the year, creating space for open, honest conversation across the business.

It’s a chance for everyone to hear a clear, transparent update from our CEO on how we’re tracking... the wins, the challenges, and the reality of the industry we’re operating in.

recently underwent a major refurbishment but they brought us in at the planning stage so the brand could evolve with the venue from day one.

And honestly, this one was a proper fun project to get stuck into. An iconic Belfast venue, big personality and a clear opportunity to build something that complements the new interior.

What the refreshed brand needed to do:
• Match the new space: elegant + vibrant
• Keep the energy: fun, lively, full of character
• Work everywhere: socials, menus, uniforms, signage + digital
• Hold its place as Belfast’s No.1 LGBTQ+ venue 🏳️‍🌈

The result: a vibrant, fun, yet elegant brand built for an audience that values inclusivity, connection, vibrancy and belonging and one that captures Union Street as the unmistakable experience it’s known for.
