Last night was a little bit special as Solare Spritz landed in Belfast!
We worked with Olivia McAleenan from United Wines to bring a little more summer to NI with the launch of Freixenet Solare Spritz. A delicious new spritz on the market.
Inspired by the brand’s ‘Taste the Sun’ positioning, we wanted the launch to feel like an escape, transporting guests from Belfast to the Med to extend their feeling of summer!
Destination? The Aperitivo Express.
We transformed the beautiful rooftop Union Street Bar with departure lounge cues, boarding passes, Mediterranean-inspired details and plenty of Solare yellow. Baskets overflowing with lemons celebrated the drink’s citrus flavour, while every boarding pass doubled as entry into a raffle for a Spanish-inspired hamper.
A night designed around sunshine, escapism and that feeling of being somewhere else entirely — even if you’re still in Belfast.
A huge thank you to United Wines for trusting us with such a special project and to everyone who helped us bring the experience to life: Spaghetti Arms for a delicious Spanish inspired tapas menu, Noah Waugh for delivering the Ibiza sounds, Mediterranean Voyage for transporting us to the streets of Spain with his amazing guitar skills and Union Street for the perfect rooftop setting.
Summer might be on its way out but we weren’t quite ready to let it go.
