New on the Sos Stays list: Tinneshrule Farm Lodge, a studio on a working farm in Ferns, Co. Wexford.

No TV. The WiFi's good if you need it, but the point is to switch off. Sheep in the field, hens about the yard, Tom the farm dog to say hello, and Stephanie's art studio nearby for classes and sessions on request.

Sós is the Irish word for a break. This one sleeps 4, and pets are welcome.

Send your SOS. 🐑

Every stay starts with this. 🧹
Not a filter, not a photoshoot — a real reset, room by room, before the next guest ever arrives. This is what happens behind the scenes at our three properties across Louth, Clare, and Wexford.
Sos Stays was never just about managing properties. It's about Irish experiences, done properly — from the welcome basket to the hands that get every room ready. We build it locally, property by property.
If you're a professional cleaner — solo or with a small team — and want steady, well-paid work in one of these counties, we're hiring. Check out our Partners page to get started. 🔗 sosstays.com/partners

Corporate accommodation shouldn't mean a hotel room with no kitchen and a daily rate that adds up fast — and that goes for insurance claims and relocations too. 📊

Sos Stays manages fully-equipped properties in Louth, Clare, and Wexford, with more coming across Ireland — built for teams, contractors, claims accommodation, and relocations that need somewhere real to stay.

We're putting together a proper guest information booklet — the kind you'd actually pick up and read, not just a laminated sheet forgotten in a drawer. 📖

We already have our digital concierge sorting guests out in real time with all the local info they need. This hard copy version is for the nice-to-haves — the stuff you flick through with a cup of tea before you head out for the day.

So we're asking: what actually makes a guest info booklet worth keeping around? Local recommendations, house quirks, emergency numbers, the story behind the name... what would you want in there?

digital or hard copy? What do you prefer when you check into a place?

🟢 Digital — quick, on my phone, done
🟡 Hard copy — I like something to hold and flick through
