END OF AN ERA....
The shutters go down on 18 The Oval for the very last time.

BUT don't worry we are still supplying Computer & Laptop Services, just down from the shop (not even a stones throw) @ The Cabin (Rear of) 14 Kelso Gardens NE22 5HY

However, our business model has changed, and we are No Longer a 9-5 retail premises, so please call prior to travel to ensure we are available to help, if you do just turn up and I am around I will help but please understand we do undertake work away from the Cabin

We would also like to thank all customers Past, Present & Future for the support that has allowed us to provide computer related services for over 26 Years, we appreciate everyone of you all !!!

Sorry if anyone has turned up ti the shop this week, and found the shutters down, it is down to staff training honestly, honestly it is!

Im in Melksham this week being certified in fibre and copper networking and installation, back open the Tuesday after the babk holiday Monday

The background to this story, a Gaming PC bought from elsewhere, but crashing doing very little work.

Took all the Software / various testing / Knowledge to get to the bottom of it, and now works as it should, thats what you pay for

Really nice when people take the time just to say thanks, and this customer bought the games machine from us last year, and upgraded it this year, so again we must be doing something right

This time of year be very wary of the so called "special offers".
The only way a company can reduce its product by 50% simply means it was twice as expensive as it should have been in the first place, or perhaps they hiked the price up, for the required length of time for legislation, to then create a "Super Sale Item"

There are some bargains to be had, but be very wary and do your research, as you get nothing for nothing, everything comes at a cost somewhere.

Social Distancing Measures - for YOUR safety and OURS.

We have an electronic door which is locked so we can control entry / exit to the premises.

The bell is on your left shown by a big sign around it, please press for attention - this bell is sanitised after every visitor.

Please Note: We are currently in the process of installing a hand sanitiser station next to this bell for use on entry and exit of the shop for our customers peace of mind.

We are only allowing 1 person (or couple if from same household, arriving at same time) into the shop at any one time.

We have screens installed, and with the distance created with our counters / workbenches social distancing is followed, again for your safety and ours

We always follow the hand washing directives, and the hand sanitising directives to help prevent any possible contamination.

We have invested heavily in proven cleaning fluids and equipment to help prevent possible contamination

We always look to sanitise computers and laptops that enter the shop, prior to them being allowed on our benches

We undertake the same sanitising regime prior to them being made ready for collection.

We are doing this to enable everyone to feel at ease in the service we provide, to ensure we look after our health and well-being, as well as that of our customers

CURRENT OPENING TIMES.
We have a temporary opening times of 10am - 1pm
currently running 7 Days a week

However please call before you come to ensure we are available, so you do not have a wasted journey.

Please let us all be vigilant, but most importantly BE SAFE.
