In Today: A laptop that the customer thinks has been hacked! The antivirus has been removed (ours is bulletproof and he doesn't use ours). He also doesn't use our "Scamgard" anti-hacker security suite at £5.99 per month (he does now). Think you need to bulletproof your computer? In Today: Another new Micro PC to replace a windows 10 AiO with a faulty disk drive. Our Micro PC Comes with Windows 11 Pro, 32GB RAM, 512 NVME and a 15w AMD CPU with a performance score better than an intel Core i9 9900K at 95w. This one chosen with a single 24 inch HD screen but you can have with up to 4 screens of any size up to 4k resolution.

In Today: A Windows 10 Dell Inspiron PC with boot failure. The PC was misbehaving so the customer did a system restore which completely killed it. It turns out that the Boot drive is corrupted. We have repaired the corruption and replaced the 1TB rotating-mass HDD with a 1TB solid-state NVME which is great value and will make windows much happier (and a ton faster!). While it's here we have also upgraded to windows 11 as Windows 10 is ending next October.

In Today: Dell XPS 13 laptop with the dreaded sticky palm rest problem. High-End XPS laptops have a rubberised coating on the palmrest to improve the feel but it must be cleaned carefully without harsh chemicals or the coating will melt and turn sticky. This laptop has been partially cleaned with an alcohol cleaner, it will now have to be stripped of its rubber coating completely or it will be sticky forever.
