Many of our customers send us their devices by mail and never get to meet us in person. That’s why we make an extra effort to keep you informed and updated throughout the whole process; from letting you know when we receive your device right through to when you can expect it back. These aren’t just empty words; communication and service is how we demonstrate we are different from the rest. Quality of repair is critical to our reputation. There are many unscrupulous repair centre’s operating across the UK, where they may fit inferior quality parts, and have untrained technicians.
