Sam Morris, Project/ Service Delivery Manager for Aeromark, is taking part in a Cancer Research UK challenge to complete 100 push-ups a day, every day in January, in memory of his dad.

He is fitting the challenge around working at Aeromark three days a week, and his duties as an England Squash Level 3 Performance Coach at Towers Health & Racquets Club, Bedford, where he plays an integral role in the club’s school’s coaching program.

Sam also plays in the Bedfordshire Premier League and further afield, sponsored by Oliver Squash UK, and is the lead coach for the Bedford Squash Academy, run by the Club at Mowsbury Golf & Squash Centre.
