A huge thank you to everyone who stepped in to help us after our old Eagles Bar projector unfortunately blew last week, taking out our electrics.

Massive appreciation to Jo and the team at Quality Building Equipment - QBE who very quickly provided us with a scaffold tower to allow safe access.

Thanks also to Goody and Jack, who put the tower together, safely removed the old unit, and later returned to rebuild the tower and get everything reconnected – not an easy job and hugely appreciated.

Finally, thank you to Paul at Michael R Peters Bedford who secured us a great quote for a replacement projector and ensured it was delivered personally within just two days.

A real team effort from everyone involved. The Bedford community coming together when needed. Thank you all for getting the Eagles Bar big screen back up and running so quickly!

We’re looking for a new member to join our sales team!

The position will start as part time moving to full time for a person with a caring and approachable nature.

There is some physical work moving products around so ideally applicants would need to be able to hand large home appliances although not absolutely essential. Smart appearance and punctual of course.

Ideally conversant with household appliances such as TV’s, washers, dishwashers, cookers etc but training will be provided.
