A fantastic start to our new contract with a local Council.

Our engineers have recently been installing automatic door operators to help disabled tenants safely and independently gain access to and exit their properties. For this project, we have installed CDVI Digiway Plus systems in accordance with EN 16005 standards, the European safety standard that governs the safe use of automatic pedestrian doors, ensuring reliable operation, user safety, and accessibility for all.

The difference these systems make to people’s daily lives is incredible. Something many of us take for granted, such as opening and closing a door, can become a significant challenge for those with mobility difficulties. Seeing the positive impact on residents and hearing their feedback makes all the hard work worthwhile.

We replaced an old GSM intercom with the new Commtel NX1 4G Video/Audio Intercom system — a reliable and user-friendly solution exactly as requested by the client.

The NX1 is not only sleek in design, but also extremely straightforward to configure via the app. Integrated with the client’s gate system, allowing full open/close control directly from their phone 📱

Alongside this, we also installed 3x TP-Link VIGI full-colour IP cameras with remote access and motion notifications fully configured for the client.

Another successful system takeover completed 🔐

We were called out to assist Pepperells Solicitors with an existing Texecom intruder alarm system installed by a previous provider. After attending site, we quickly identified the issues, resolved the faults, and successfully reset the engineer’s code, putting full control back where it belongs.

The system is now fully operational, and the site can set their alarm with confidence, restoring the security of the building.

Having some fun on site with the DJI Action Pro and drone.

Recently completed a full CCTV upgrade over in Gilberdyke for a new client who came to us through word of mouth.

The existing system had exposed cable connections which had deteriorated over time due to weather corrosion. We sourced a winch for the column and installed new cameras exactly to the client’s requirements.

The site now benefits from full coverage using high-quality Hikvision AcuSense bullet cameras, all supplied by our good friends at ADI Hull.

We also upgraded the intruder alarm system in the clubhouse, giving the client seamless access to both CCTV and alarm systems through a single mobile app 📱
