We know it’s been a little quiet on our socials lately — sorry about that! Since closing the shop it’s been absolutely non‑stop as we’ve been out and about across South Yorkshire delivering friendly one‑to‑one IT support to homes and businesses.
Here’s a quick round‑up of just some of the jobs we’ve tackled recently:
• Replaced a Lenovo laptop screen for a customer in Swinton
• On‑site at a care home to diagnose networking issues and plan a full system upgrade
• Supported an estate agents with email delivery problems linked to their CRM
• Upgraded a laptop to a solid‑state drive for a customer in Thorpe Hesley after their old drive failed
• Visited one of our longest‑standing agricultural clients to set up a new laptop and transfer years of data
• Plus all the usual help desk tasks — password resets, onboarding new staff, and responding to alerts from our monitoring system
