Reboot has offically been waved back in, because of sheep.
As many of the regulars know, sheep seem to adore Poppy (my Dacia Stepway) and they always seem to follow her about. We always seem to get stopped, followed or help sheep rangling.

On the way home from Middleton Chippy we ran into a sheep on the main road at Eggleston. With Poppys help we warned other drivers, guided the sheep up the road to the gate. Upon opening the gate, it jumped the wall at the top of the field back to the lambs.

Farmer met us and thanked us, after being warned a sheep was wandering. Job well done.

Even brand new computers can be faulty out the box. Sometimes it can happen on startup, like this one. Sometimes it can take a few weeks.
Its always worth keeping the box for at least a year just incase.
In my case, this has been repaired once, failed again. Its refund time for this unit.

Companies will not text you, email or ring so please delete and block them if you get the chance.

Reboot is taking a few days of scheduled maintenance days from the 24th of August through till the 30th. Replies to calls and repairs will not be able to be taken from today onwards.
However, the voicemail is always on and we will get back to you on the 30th when we are back up and running in the order the calls are received.

Just to let people know:
I may not have a shop and work out of a house but I am not a scam or con. I am a legitimate sole trader, been around for 10 years and won two customer service awards. I dont have a shop because I'm a traveling ICT tech and it makes no sense to have a shop I would never be in. People would probably complain if it was always shut so I wouldn't be able to win anyway.

All my clients machines are treated with respect, like they were my own. Given the highest care and returned.
I wouldn't be able to function if I was a scam or con, as there would be no way to sustain it. The potential of stealing and selling a machine to make a quick buck would have probability killed Reboot many years ago, as Barnard Castle's level of word of mouth is second to none! I would have been reported and closed down within days! Part of my job is to stop and protect you from the scam and con artists, even been on the radio about it. I have no intentions of changing that.

My clients mean far more than money and their trust in me is what I always hope for. If your worried then thats ok, I understand I am never going to force you to bring a machine if your not comfortable, I would rather you trusted me first anyway, but I'd rather not have assumptions made about me if you haven't used the service either.

For a second time - please speak to me reasonably if you have a problem. I understand your upset / frustrated but shouting at me is not going to help.
Especially if the problem was not caused by me in the first place.

Desktop week this week. From the really big ones to the small. All with different things. Some have come for repairs, some for upgrades and some which shouldnt have been here cause they were only built a month ago but cant be helped if hardware goes faulty while your playing on it. Just shows even the brand brand new cant always be trusted.

However the two big lads are complete onto the two little ones. Going to be a good week.
