🏠 DAMP PROBLEMS? WE'RE GETTING TO THE ROOT OF THE ISSUE! 🔨

Another busy week for the team at D G & R Services Limited, tackling damp issues throughout a customer's property.

As you can see from our before and after photos, several areas of the property had been affected by damp, resulting in damaged plaster and deteriorating wall surfaces.

Rather than simply covering up the problem, we've been carrying out the necessary preparation and damp-proofing work to help protect the property for the future.

✅ Damp-proofing rods installed

✅ Damaged sections treated and rendered

✅ Floors and surrounding areas protected throughout the work

✅ All prepared and ready for plastering on Monday!

We where called out to a leak from a very very very recently newly installed bathroom.

Once we sorted the leak we noticed the pipe work was left exposed. The customer asked us to sort it.

So we did.

One of our clients came to us with this 2 bedroom apartment. They needed a quick turnaround as the old tenant was moving out and the new Tennant was moving in 4 days later.

Replaced spotlights.
Painted the entire apartment ceiling, walls. Wood.
Replace the kitchen extractor.
Fitted new kitchen taps.
Re-siliconed the bath.
Gave it a deep clean.

Our customer had a continuous mould issue in their ensuite. We replaced their bathroom extractor with a timed unit and fitted a UPVC trickle vent.

Not only does it help with mould.

It improves air quality.

Improves security as you do not need to leave your window open.
