Next up in our series is Dagmara – our Service Administrator at CE-Tech! 👋

Dagmara is responsible for organising service calls, coordinating our engineers’ diaries and keeping everyone updated. She has quickly learned that an engineer's diary can change about 10 times before lunch. 🫣

After 7 years in hospitality and recently graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in Business, she has made the move into a completely new career and is loving the opportunity to learn how all the different departments at CE-Tech work together.

Outside of work, Dagmara is a big fan of true crime – particularly trying to solve the mystery before the ending. The confidence is there… the accuracy? Not always. 😂 When not attempting to crack a case, she enjoys cooking and baking, especially experimenting with new recipes and ingredients.

We’re really pleased to have Dagmara as part of the CE-Tech team and can’t wait to see where this new chapter takes her!

Jamie’s officially been let loose in the workshop… 😂

Our new apprentice Jamie has been getting stuck in alongside Noel, learning the ropes and picking up plenty of new skills along the way.

We believe the best way to learn is to get stuck in from day one - and Jamie’s already off to a great start! ✨

But in all seriousness, we’re always looking for ways to keep our engineers learning and developing, making sure they’ve got the skills and knowledge to do the job right and keep our customers happy. ☺️

Next up in our series is Hugh - an engineering apprentice at CE-Tech studying Electrical Maintenance. ⚡

Now, we asked Hugh to give us a few facts about himself for this post. His response?

“My name is Hugh, I am a 2nd year apprentice at CE Tech studying electrical maintenance, I live on a farm and my hobby is boxing. Will that do?”

A man of very few words. 🤣

To be fair, he managed to cover his job, where he lives and his hobby in one go - efficiency is clearly already one of his strongest skills!

We’re really pleased to have Hugh as part of the CE-Tech team and look forward to seeing him continue to develop throughout his apprenticeship.

And yes Hugh… that'll do. 😂👏
