We are looking for a Trainee Support Analyst to provide comprehensive IT support service to our customers

Some key responsibilities for the role include ↘️

• Assist in the deployment, administration and support for the company's EPoS software product updates
• Field incoming support requests
• Access and install appropriate upgrades, patches, drivers etc.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting
• Perform hands on fixes
• Provide both remote and on-site support as required
