If anyone gets a phone call from "microsoft" or anyone else you haven't personally contacted saying you have a virus or malware problem on your computer and they will fix it hang up the phone, its a scam that has been going on for many years now, I have had several reports from the Attleborough area this week one of the people DIDNT EVEN OWN A COMPUTER.SO be vigilant if you suspect your computer is having issues contact a known computer repair service
