We’re growing the creative team at Brand12 and looking for experienced Digital Designers who can combine strong ideas with seriously good ex*****on.

We work across branding, websites, digital campaigns, social content and advertising for a varied mix of clients, so there’s plenty of variety in the work and plenty of opportunity to make your mark.

We’re recruiting for a full-time hybrid position, with at least two days each week in our Manchester office. We’re also looking for an experienced freelance Digital Designer to support us across ongoing projects.

Meta AI can now analyse your advertising performance and help identify what’s working across your Facebook and Instagram activity.

There’s real potential here. Spotting creative fatigue, finding patterns across campaigns and investigating changes in performance could all become considerably quicker.

But there’s a limit to what Meta can know.

A campaign producing cheaper leads might look like the obvious winner inside Ads Manager. If those leads rarely become customers, the business sees a very different result.

That’s why we see AI as another tool for better analysis rather than a replacement for commercial judgement.

We’ve looked at what Meta’s latest AI capabilities can actually do, where we’d use them and where we’d still want a marketer looking at the wider picture.

Know your way around Google Ads properly?

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join the Brand12 team, with Google Ads forming a major part of the role.

We want someone comfortable taking ownership of Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and the wider Google Ads strategy. Someone who likes getting into the data, testing new approaches and challenging platform recommendations when there’s a better way to deliver results.

You’ll manage campaigns across a varied portfolio of clients and work closely with our creative, Client Success, development and wider marketing teams. Paid Social forms part of the role too, but strong hands-on Google Ads experience is essential.

This is a full-time hybrid position, with at least two days each week in our Manchester office. You’ll need at least two years’ commercial paid media experience.

You’ll become the trusted link between our clients and our team, building brilliant relationships, coordinating projects and making sure our clients get the very best from working with Brand12.

A marketing background is essential, with a minimum of two years’ experience. We’re looking for someone who’s commercially aware, confident working with business owners and marketing teams and understands what it takes to keep campaigns and projects moving.

It’s not a sales role. It’s about great relationships, great communication and making things happen.

This is not us. We do not use Square and never have.

We’ve been made aware of fraudulent emails using our business name and have already received reports from two businesses in the past five days. One payment was stopped before it was processed, but unfortunately another was successful.

We have reported this to both Square and the relevant authorities.
