We're hiring a new Store Team Member to join our team in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for high-quality audio equipment.

The Role
This is a full-time position (34 hours per week), working Tuesday to Saturday. The salary is up to £14.50 per hour, depending on your experience.

Working with our Branch Manager, you'll assist with a variety of tasks to keep our retail operation running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service to visitors in our store.
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients and suppliers.
- Preparing product demonstrations for customers.
- Assisting with stock control and order picking.
- Preparing sales documentation.

Who We're Looking For
We need someone with a keen interest in Hi-Fi audio and a background in sales or customer service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, professional team player who is comfortable with IT systems. You should also have:

- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Physical fitness and a proactive work ethic.
