Yes - it's week 3 of the wonderful Jo Rees 💜and her wise words for anyone trying to advocate for their child in school.

When your dyslexic child comes home upset about school, the instinct to fire off an angry email is real.

But how parents advocate can often shape whether their child actually gets the support they need.

In our latest blog, dyslexia specialist and former SENCO Jo Rees shares her approach to advocating for your child without damaging the relationship with school - including why waiting 24 hours before reacting changes everything, the two questions to ask your child before any meeting, and why "picking your battles" matters more than you'd think.

As a late-diagnosed dyslexic and mum of three dyslexic children herself, Jo writes from lived experience on both sides of the table.
