A beautiful weekend for checking out the bespoke interpretation boards we designed and illustrated for the Tatton Garden Society, owners of The Lovell Quinta Arboretum.
The arboretum was established in the 1940s by Sir Bernard Lovell, a pioneering scientist best known for his work at Jodrell Bank, Cheshire, United Kingdom.
Today, it is cared for by the Tatton Garden Society, with a focus on biodiversity, education and public engagement.
The arboretum signage project focused on creating visually engaging, informative interpretive panels that harmonise with the natural landscape. Inspired by the surrounding environment, the designs use an organic, authentic aesthetic that complements, rather than competes with, the arboretum’s diverse treescape.
