We are delighted to be featured in this month’s Business Cornwall and to have had the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing and ever-relevant discussion around AI and the creative industry ✨
It’s a conversation we’re hearing (and having) more and more.
With generative AI making it easier for businesses to create content, visuals and marketing activity in-house, there’s naturally a growing question around where agencies fit into that future.
For us, the answer isn’t really about AI replacing creativity, strategy or experience. It’s about understanding where technology adds value, and where human thinking still matters most.
AI can absolutely help speed things up. We’re using it ourselves in parts of our workflow. But output and understanding aren’t the same thing. The challenge isn’t creating more content. It’s creating the right content. Understanding context, audience, positioning, customer behaviour, commercial objectives, and how all of those things connect together across brand, marketing and technology.
That’s where we still see the real value of experienced agencies and specialists.
The future probably isn’t businesses choosing between AI OR agencies. It’s about combining technology with strategic thinking, creativity and technical expertise in a way that actually delivers better outcomes. Although we'd love to hear your views on this!
A big thank you to Business Cornwall for including us in such an interesting feature alongside some great businesses from Cornwall’s creative sector 🧡
