Installation of Starlink for a customer as there isn’t enough provision locally for multiple fibre connections. We also provided full WiFi coverage and installation of network equipment for the networking equipment for the IT providers.

Termination and testing of OM4 fibre for a new customer

Final testing completed and last APs installed on this project. Multiple buildings interlinked by fibre, WiFi throughout all fed off Starlink in remote location.

Fault found at a customers. Other contractor tested cable with basic tester and found no issues but the equipment still wouldn’t connect to the network. Performed a full cable test using the fluke network DSX-5000 and found correct wire map but huge losses partway down cable due to a bad joint which was not accessible. Relocated different network point and retested.

Completed termination and testing of multiple OM3 fibre backbones. Complete with full OTDR report upon completion.

Another great outcome for this customer. Taking their 16mb connection up to 200mbs after Starlink install. They have opted to a 200mbs connection at the lower price than the full speed connection. After a short trial we will return and swap the Starlink with their own and take back our loan kit.
