On one of the hottest days last year, Joe, our Head of Paid Acquisition, did 50,000 steps across four different golf courses for Prostate Cancer UK’s Big Golf Race.

And he’s doing it again today (albeit a little cooler this time around) ⛳️

A couple of weeks ago, several members of the M3 team swapped the office for the great outdoors at Beaudesert Outdoor Activity Centre for a taster session of their corporate training experience.

The day combined classroom learning around team roles and personalities with outdoor activities that put those insights into practice.

(Turns out understanding how people work together is one thing. Navigating challenges as a team during problem-solving activities is another entirely.)

As part of our ongoing work with Beaudesert, we also captured photography and video content to showcase the experience for other businesses looking to invest in their people a little differently.

A really insightful and enjoyable day, and a great example of the kind of organisations we love supporting as a B Corp Certified agency. Working with charities and purpose-led organisations like Beaudesert is part of our wider commitment to creating positive impact through the work we do and the partnerships we build.

Starting the week with some positive news: we’re officially B Corp certified!

This recognition shows that we're holding ourselves to the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability, and that's because we're committed to creating positive impact for our people, clients and communities.

Becoming a B Corp formalises the standards we hold ourselves to as a business and gives us a framework to keep pushing forward and measuring what matters.

A huge thank you to our speakers: Jack Buckner and Katharine Merry from UK Athletics for putting the spotlight on the unmissable summer of athletics heading to the city, Naomi Riches MBE for a powerful reminder of what trust and resilience really look like, and Pride of Britain Award winner Omar Sharif for a story that challenged, inspired and stayed with us long after he left the stage.
