ESD ICs testing. I should be really doing it in the diode mode but this basic continuity test revealed the faulty diode. The ED3905 diode was found faulty as well during further tests.

Testing Microwave Relays Video - Taking the secondary relay from a SWAN Microwave (donor board), Testing it (good one) and soldering on the TOWER logic board - Tower KOR9GPBT Microwave Repair. It was switching on straight away after closing the door. The light inside didn't work as well. At first we checked all three door switches. All fully working. All connectors, wires in tact. We also check to main and the secondary relay. Both were clicking, however "the clicking sound" doesn't mean that the relay is switching correctly. We removed both relays and checked them with 9V Battery and the multimeter. Diagnostics: the secondary relay was clicking but it has terminal 30 and 87 closed at all times. Faulty relay SJ-S-112LM (3A) was replaced with a compatible but higher rated (5A) GOLDEN GI-1A-12D Relay ("extracted" from a SWAN microwave logic board). Tower KOR9GPBT Microwave Repair. It was switching on straight away after closing the door. The only way to switch off the microwave was to open the door. The light inside didn't work as well. At first we checked all three door switches. All fully working. All connectors, wires in tact. We also check to main and the secondary relay. Both were clicking, however "the clicking sound" doesn't mean that the relay is switching correctly. We removed both relays and checked them with 9V Battery and the multimeter. Diagnostics: the secondary relay was clicking but it has terminal 30 and 87 closed at all times. Lenovo Ideapad 330 repair (motherboard model NMB321, DG425) - won't charge, won't turn on. The DC port was repaired at first. After disconnecting the battery it starts working from the DC port. When the battery is connected it won't charge or power on but will make a clicking noise. We checked the charging circuit for any shorts to GND. No shorts found. Then we tried to charge the battery cells off-circuit. The laptop still won't work off the fully charged battery. Then we replaced the charging circuit controller BW24780S. It didn't change anything. Then we found the real problem. Diagnostics: the MOSFETs between the BW24780S and the battery are blown (PQ205 = AON7408L and PQ203 = AON6324). Successfully repaired by Peter, [email protected]

HP Probook 440 G6 X8J-6L No power Repair. Won't power on. Won't charge the battery. Diagnostics: Blown Charging Circuit MOSFETS B20N03 - both were shorted stopping laptop to turn on. Successfully repaired by Peter's Computers.
