We’re not just here to bring you ultra-fast, ultra-reliable broadband (though we do that really well). We’re here to be part of Aberdeenshire life by supporting local charities, celebrating community wins, and making sure everyone feels connected, online and off. Our story started in a wee town called Duns in the Scottish Borders, and we’ve kept that local heart ever since. Whether it’s sponsoring grassroots sports, funding local charities through our GoFurther Fund, or helping people build essential skills, we’re all about leaving a legacy that goes beyond the full fibre in the ground. A bit of Scottish drizzle isn’t usually enough to send your Wi-Fi crawling. While water can absorb and weaken radio signals, normal rainfall isn’t usually the main culprit when your Wi-Fi feels slow.

So if your connection suddenly feels sluggish when the rain starts pouring, there’s probably more going on than the weather. Router placement, walls, interference and what everyone at home is doing online can all affect your Wi-Fi experience.
