Here is our Story

Escone Solutions were founded in Aberdeen in 2015. The Escone name was born after the two founding members regularly met up at various hot beverage establishments in and around Aberdeen to discuss starting up their own business as they drank coffee and ate scones. They concluded that their experience in business analysis and software implementations could be used to benefit businesses that don’t have the need for full-time expertise in these areas. Both have been involved in a large number of software projects and the knowledge that they have accumulated could be the difference between a successful project, a delayed project or a failed project. Escone Solutions also have a longer term goal to partner with our clients in the development of Time writing and Absence Recording software. If you would like to know more then we would love to hear from you. It is the vision of Escone Solutions to offer an ‘Escone Way’ of doing things. This means:

The Escone team recently traded our desks for work gloves and spent our second day this year volunteering at Beannachar Camphill School, Aberdeen

At Escone, giving back has always been part of who we are.
We believe supporting our community means more than just good intentions it means showing up, getting involved, and lending a hand to the vulnerable and to the one's who need a little extra help.

Volunteering days like this are a reminder of what our team is all about. They bring out the best in us, strengthening our team spirit, connecting over our values, and giving us the chance to work together in a completely different environment. The day wasn't about ticking a box. It was about working together, sharing experiences, and being part of a community that welcomed us with open arms.

We were lucky enough to spend the day in the garden, meet some incredible people, and see first-hand the amazing work that happens at Camphill. Here's a little glimpse into a day that reminded us of the goodness of community, kindness, and taking the time to make a difference.

Days like these remind us that success isn't only measured by what we achieve as a business, but by the communities we're lucky enough to be part of. It was a very lighthearted, rewarding and incredibly wholesome day

Thanks for having us and to the residents... those scones and strawberry tarts were the best we ever had. Safe to say, they disappeared very quickly! 😂

We’re exhibiting at Granite Expo 2026!

The Escone Solutions team will be at Ardoe House Hotel on 30th June, joining businesses from across Aberdeen City & Shire for what should be a great day of conversations and connections.

The Escone team are back on the Kiltwalk this year, walking in support of A Bear Named Buttony

They support children across the UK who have had stoma surgery, gifting each child a specially made bear with a stoma just like theirs. It means a lot when a family is going through something really tough. They are completely volunteer-run, and every penny raised goes directly to the cause.
