Delighted to announce after keeping it quiet from the business socials that we’ve moved into our first office

located in Dyce it gives us key transport links to be able to support our clients across the north east of Scotland!

Lots of long term plans but for now we plan to get operational in the new year.

We recently carried out the Relocation of this fibre infrastructure for a critical transport hub.
The Existing fibre has been “slimmed down” over the last couple years with new IP infrastructure around the site meaning much of the existing cabling is redundant but there are still some mission critical links running through this cabinet, the time had come to relocate the existing patch panels as the building they are in was getting refurbed.
New 15U wall mounted cabinet installed to house the existing equipment and allow for future expansion.
We managed to keep the overall downtime to under 1 hour with some careful planning and ex*****on on site by our team.

Did you know we design, install and maintain networks for security systems?
It’s not just about the cameras when it comes to video surveillance systems, the infrastructure and backhaul that brings it together is crucial for network security as well as physical security.

This week we fitted this point to point 60Ghz link to bring cameras across from a remote location back to the main site.
The lighting column has fibre backhaul into the core of the network meaning we can provide the best network performance both on cable and wireless.

New fire panel fitted for the Saltoun Inn, in Fraserburgh today.
Following a panel failure following water damage we replaced the panel but unfortunately had no note of how anything was configured previously, cracked out the as fitted drawings (that were partially wrong!) and reconfigured and tested the whole system from scratch.
New zone plan to follow along with a new log book to get the client compliant!
