Created in 2007, Ubisoft’s Lyon-based studio is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. Founded by seasoned veterans from the gaming industry, Ubisoft Ivory Tower has been committed to designing ambitious new gaming experiences that have quickly earned international renown. In 2014, the studio revolutionized the driving genre with The Crew®, the first online community-based action-driving game

set in a huge and realistic recreation of the United States. In 2018, Ubisoft Ivory Tower released The Crew 2, taking the challenge to land, sea, and sky, in a vibrant open world celebration of the American Motorsports spirit. No strangers to shaking things up with their innovative and unconventional vision - taking the driving genre into brand new territory - Ubisoft Ivory Tower are also experts in enriching the game experience over time with regular updates and expansions. This commitment to long-term support has allowed the studio to build a vibrant community of millions of players worldwide.

This week, we celebrated Earth Day with a series of initiatives highlighting our commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.

The day featured a DIY terrarium workshop led by Onnorium, where participants explored how ecosystems work while creating their own indoor garden to take home🪴.

We also hosted a bike maintenance workshop, giving everyone — from beginners to experienced cyclists — the chance to learn essential maintenance tips, get personalized advice, and keep their bikes rolling smoothly 🚲.

Finally, we marked the occasion by launching our first beehive sponsorship in partnership with Urbapi🐝.

Located in Isère, the hives will be managed by local beekeepers, supporting biodiversity and sustainable apiculture, with honey harvests to be shared this autumn 🍯.

To celebrate Easter, we gathered everyone for a sweet moment around a customizable ice cream bar and it was a hit!

On the menu: delicious ice cream sticks dipped in dark, milk, or white chocolate, topped with ultra‑gourmet treats and sweet drizzles. Pure happiness!

A huge thank you to Único Artisan Glacier for their amazing handcrafted ice creams, which truly delighted everyone’s taste buds 🍫🤍

Throughout March, we marked International Women’s Rights Day through a series of initiatives, driven internally and supported by local members of our ERG Women for Equity.

These moments were all about sparking dialogue, raising awareness, and sharing experiences:

👥 Women & Allies Lunch
A welcoming moment to connect, share perspectives, and reflect on how we can keep fostering gender diversity within our studio and across the industry.

🎮 Gaming Night
We highlighted games developed by teams with strong female representation or featuring more nuanced, non-stereotypical portrayals, a simple way to spark conversations around inclusivity in games.

🎲 “Les Mille Pas” Workshop
We hosted Les Mille Pas, an interactive workshop by BEJOUE designed to explore gender equality in the workplace and beyond, encouraging awareness, discussion, and allyship.

📚 Cultural Recommendations
All month long, we shared a large selection of books, films, series, music, and video games celebrating impactful stories that explore women’s voices, complexity, and strength.

Last night, our studio came alive thanks to the Gaming Night organized by the Work Council! 🎮

Whether it was teaming up for the For Honor tournament, discovering new board games with the Boardgame Club, getting initiated to Street Fighter 6, testing rhythm and arcade games, diving into retro gaming on Nintendo 64, or even painting Warhammer figurines, there was truly something for everyone.

The evening was all about sharing, playing and having a great time together (with plenty of pizza involved 🍕).

A big thank you to all the organizers, clubs, and contributors for making this event such a success!

Last week, we welcomed middle‑school interns to the studio with Fusion Jeunesse France for a full immersion into the world of video game creation🎮✨

Their challenge? Create a mini video game in just a few days and pitch it at the end of the week. And they absolutely delivered! They developed Cyber Paradoxe, a two‑level combat adventure taking players from the Colosseum all the way to Paris.

A warm thank you to our collaborators who took the time to share their expertise. Your availability, kindness, and enthusiasm had a real impact: the students felt welcomed, supported, and inspired thanks to you 🙌

A week full of creativity, curiosity, and teamwork and perhaps the beginning of future vocations.

And of course, thank you to the students and Fusion Jeunesse France for this meaningful collaboration!

Last night, we gathered to celebrate the launch of Season 9 of The Crew Motorfest but most importantly, to celebrate our incredible teams! 🎉

Burgers, fries, and mac & cheese set the tone for a cozy and festive evening. The perfect comfort food to reward everyone’s hard work!

To add a little surprise, we even crafted exclusive Season 9–themed stickers, created especially for the occasion. ✨

The highlight of the night? A good old-fashioned speed challenge on one of the NASCAR Motorfest Tour races, where everyone gave their best to claim the top spot! 🏁💨

A great way to kick off this new season all together!
