According to Gartner, women now make up 41% of the supply chain workforce, with advances particularly prominent at executive level, where 26% of those roles (CSCO, SVP, EVP, CPO) are now filled by women, up from 19% in 2022!

At OJC, we continue to see the great contribution women bring to the performance of their companies, and more than 30% of our consultants and regional directors are women, and actively take part in the progress of spend and purchase management digitization of our customers.

OJC continues to invest in women through hiring and training, and offers projects and missions that allow each and every one to contribute their qualities and knowledge within a diverse and close-knit team. A partir du 1er novembre, OJC Paris emménage au 25 rue du Petit-Musc, dans le 4ème arrondissement !

A deux pas de la place de la Bastille et de l'île Saint-Louis, nos nouveaux bureaux sont plus grands, plus lumineux, et nous permettent d'envisager une dizaine de nouveaux recrutements au cours de l'année qui vient.
Ils constituent également un cadre digne des nombreux "Cafés OJC" que nous allons continuer d'organiser à Paris !
