Renegade Guardsmen –

"When Huron's legions arrive, all hope is lost."
A square-format illustration (a change from the usual); here, I wanted to paint an interior scene featuring a strong interplay of light and shadow.
You might notice a little Easter egg in the illustration—did you spot it?

Vue sur le mont Mézenc.

Je vous présente ici une commission que j'ai eu le plaisir de réaliser : une interprétation d'un paysage du Massif central, en France.

Quel plaisir ce fut de découvrir ce lieu tout en l'illustrant. J'avais envie de le peindre comme si je m'y promenais, en prenant le temps d'en ressentir l'atmosphère.

Pour cette illustration, j'ai beaucoup travaillé la perspective atmosphérique ainsi que les harmonies de couleurs afin de transmettre une sensation de calme et de sérénité.

Un grand merci à Celestine pour cette commande, pour sa confiance et pour m'avoir offert l'occasion de découvrir et d'illustrer cette magnifique région.

I'd like to share a commissioned painting I had the pleasure of creating: my interpretation of a landscape from the Massif Central in France.

It was a real pleasure to discover this place while illustrating it. I wanted to paint it as if I were wandering through the landscape, taking the time to absorb its atmosphere.

For this piece, I focused on atmospheric perspective and carefully balanced colors to evoke a sense of calm and serenity.

A heartfelt thank you to Célestine for this commission, for placing their trust in me, and for giving me the opportunity to discover and illustrate this beautiful region.

I'm happy to have been able to create this design, this blend of two worlds!

New project in my "What If" series.

After the Emperor's sons, Malcador, and an evening in the Imperium, I'm returning to the lore of Warhammer 40,000 by exploring the character of Fulgrim.

I'll be sharing as much detail as possible about my research, the creation of the sketches, and especially the progress on my Kofi (link in bio).

I can't wait to paint this!

Nouveau sujet sur ma série " et si ".
Après les fils de l'empereur, Malcador, ou bien une soirée dans l'impérium, je retrouve ici le lore de Warhammer 40k en explorant le personnage de Fulgrim.

Je détaillerai un maximum mes recherches, la création des croquis et surtout l'avancement sur mon Kofi ( lien en bio )
