A few moments from Forum UTT Entreprises that we wanted to share. 📸

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet our team in 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐬! We enjoyed hearing what engages you, what you are curious about, and the problems you would like to solve next. Your questions made for some great conversations.

And thank you to 𝐔𝐓𝐓 for bringing students and companies together. We are heading home with new connections and plenty to think about.

If we met at the forum, let’s keep the conversation going – you can contact us at [email protected]. We would love to hear more about where you want to take your engineering career. 🤝

After teasing our career event at the Career 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐔𝐓𝐓 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 in 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐬 France, we are back in Bulgaria for two career events with Technical University of Sofia.
Yesterday’s stop was Sofia, and today, 𝟕 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫, we are meeting students at the 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲’𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐝𝐢𝐯 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡.

Career events are a chance to look beyond a job title. What does an engineer’s day actually involve? How do teams solve problems together? And what can you learn when you move from university projects to work with industrial clients? 🤔

Our colleagues are in Plovdiv today to share their experiences and hear what matters to you as you consider your next career choice.

If you are at the event, come say hello - we’d love to meet you! And if you missed it or just want to keep the conversation going, send us an email at [email protected]. 👋

We are grateful for meeting UTT’s next generation of engineers!
On 6th of October inensia joined 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐔𝐓𝐓 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 in 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐬 for a conversation about the work that students enjoy and where it could take them.
They brought us the university subject 📚,/the part of their job which they love the most, told us about projects they are proud of 🌟, technical problems that kept them thinking 🧩, or the kind of challenge they would like to take on next.
From our side, we told them how our teams use engineering and digital tools to help clients in industry work differently: the goal was to help them leave the event with a clearer picture of what might be the right fit for them.

We are recruiting for internships and full-time roles in France and internationally, so if you are interested in continuing the conversation, drop us a note at [email protected].

Thank you to everyone who came and spoke with our colleagues about the projects, the people they would work with, and where their skills might fit. 🎓

(𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰)

Over the past few days, we had the pleasure of bringing our French teams together for the 4th edition of the 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫. We decided to take a step back and gain some perspective - literally - while keeping a constant view of Mont Blanc, which accompanied us throughout the three days. It was a wonderful opportunity to discuss inensia’s evolution and the role of AI, both in our client offerings and within our own organization. Although a few people have sore calves and some voices are still a bit hoarse, we are delighted to have spent this time together, sharing both productive work sessions and festive moments! 🎉

A huge thank you to:
• The inensia teams, for their infectious enthusiasm and dedication - both over these past few days and throughout the last few months 🙌
• Eugénie Hoorelbeke from the consultancy firm "𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐡é𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞", for her guidance and for facilitating the dedicated workshops 👏
• Our Chief Organizer, 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚, who not only found this venue with its magical view but also brilliantly organized the entire event. 👏

We are already looking forward to the next seminar, which will coincide with inensia’s 10th anniversary. 🎂

At inensia, a conversation can start in Sofia, continue in Paris, get challenged in Cologne, and make more sense by the time it reaches San Juan. 🌍
What people usually notice first is the mix of cultures, but what they notice later is more interesting: how much they had been taking for granted before 👀.
What “clear” sounds like, what feels rushed, what feels engaged, wow quickly trust is supposed to happen, or how much you can disagree without it becoming personal.
A multicultural team brings all of that to the surface, and that is where the value is - not in the usual “different perspectives” line, but in the fact that people become less automatic with each other - they start checking their assumptions earlier and leave more room for what others have to say.
That makes teams stronger in a very concrete way: you waste less energy on misreading people, and you have more energy for the work itself.
It also makes work feel better. People relax a bit more when they do not have to fit one narrow way of speaking, reacting, or thinking to be understood.

When was the last time you took something for granted, and realized there is maybe a better way of doing it after someone suggested something you totally haven’t thought of?

While our US team recently had the chance to recharge and spend some nice time together in Puerto Rico, the team-building season at inensia is not over! As September unfolds, our teams in Europe are getting ready for their own gatherings - starting with an event in France at the end of this month, followed by one more at the beginning of October for our Bulgarian & German teams.
We are already looking forward to autumn as we will gather for a few days of coworking, activities, and quality time together surrounded by mountains and cozy fall vibes. 🍂
And behind the scenes, the preparation is getting even more intense - challenges, little surprises, gifts to pack, and some final details to figure out.
We are putting a lot of energy into making these several days special, and we really cannot wait to have everyone together in person after the holiday season!
Fall, hurry up! 🍁
*Take the pictures from some of our old team buildings which we are sharing as a teaser for something even nicer this year 🤩.

There is something nice about a coworking day that breaks the regular coworking routine. That was our case in Lille, where the day started, as usual, at our cozy coworking spot. A bit of work, coffee, conversations, quick updates... Then things took a turn for something completely different: a surprise with a VR activity and discovering the International Space Station. 🛰️
For a while, the International Space Station became our office. We got to look around, see what life in orbit is like, completely changes the perspective, and generally forget we were in Lille.
And after the ISS, we had one more stop: dinner (a typical French meal with specialties from the North) 🍽️, so somehow, our Lille desk time morphed into floating through orbit and a proper French feast. Pure momentum from start to finish - bring on the next city.

Throwback to when the US inensia team traded laptops for palm trees and headed off to Puerto Rico for an epic team building trip. 🌴
Between diving into the history (and generous samples) on the Bacardi rum tour and kicking back by the turquoise ocean, it was the ideal way to reconnect and recharge.

Pro-tip: getting everyone on the same page is a whole lot easier with a tropical backdrop. 🌊

Some of our colleagues recently swapped their usual routine for Puerto Rico - and honestly, we think that was a pretty good trade.
There was a little bit of everything: rum tasting at Bacardi, learning how to make cocktails 🍹, exploring El Morro (a massive 16th-century Spanish citadel in Old San Juan built to guard the entrance to the bay against sea attacks)🏰, and a day out on a boat to Icacos Island 🌊.
Turns out, a little sunshine and a change of scenery can do wonders.
A trip like this is hard to beat, although, let's be honest, the real souvenir might be the stories - and probably a few cocktail recipes that will be making appearances again.
And now the important question: what would your favorite part have been? 👀

A few weeks back, some of our colleagues went to see 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 🎶at 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥. They found a gratitude wall there set up by the organizers, added 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐚 and moved on with the night. Later, seeing it there was a really nice surprise. Some moments do not need much to matter 💙.
