Minuit Une was founded in 2013 by a team of optical engineers, passionate about music and great fans of the live concert scene.

A new generation of entertainment lighting fixtures, the IVL range: next-level immersive light shows in small & mid-sized venues for touring, events, fashion and clubs. Going from concert to concert, mostly in mid-size venues and occasionally to bigger shows, they always looked at the scenic lights during concerts with very technical eyes. And they made an observation: while the biggest set-ups al

low the creation of incredible lighting experiences, immersion and perspectives are harder to be produced when there is fewer possibilities to have plenty of mono-directional fixtures, such as spots and beams, with many trusses. In other words: lighting options were limited by the logistics in mid-size venues. IVL™ Lighting came to life by the passionate idea of creating a wide-coverage, immersive, multi-directional lighting fixture, specially designed to make the show in mid-size venues, from 1000 to 5000 people.

IVL lights were designed with camera use in mind. Its laser-based technology can be safely integrated into productions featuring cameras, from concerts and TV shows to film sets, live broadcasts and corporate events.

This makes IVL Lighting a versatile tool for productions where lighting and image capture work side by side, allowing designers to create immersive and dynamic visual effects while keeping the camera fully part of the experience.

IVL Lighting with LED screens: two technologies, one visual environment.

IVL Lighting and LED screens don't have to compete for attention. Used together, they can extend the visual space beyond the screen itself.

While haze is essential to reveal IVL Lighting’s volumetric effects, it is not required for every application.

Without haze, the IVL Photon and IVL Dice can be used for mapping and surface effects, projecting precise lines and moving patterns directly onto people, scenery, architecture, or objects.

It’s another way to use IVL Lighting beyond its traditional volumetric look!
