Passionate about modern military history, Daniel travels across Europe exploring battlefields from the First and Second World Wars and other historical conflicts.

His battlefield strategy with the DEUS II?

1️⃣ First pass:
⚡ 7 kHz single frequency to search for large iron objects.

2️⃣ Second pass:
📡 Multifrequency to search for smaller and potentially more valuable targets.

He also uses multi-tone audio to help distinguish promising targets from irregular pieces of shrapnel.

🇵🇱 A great weekend for the Polish detecting community!

Our Polish distributor Konrad Talar joined one of the biggest metal detecting gatherings of the year in Poland: the V National & III European Searchers' Meeting, organised by Stowarzyszenie Historyczno-Archeologiczne “Bractwo”.

Metal detecting, passionate detectorists and plenty of opportunities to meet and exchange… but also a chance to step back in time! ⚔️🏰

Historical reenactments, period costumes, weapons, knight tournaments and impressive displays brought history to life alongside the detecting event.

A great combination of two passions that naturally belong together: discovering history and experiencing it.

Thanks to Konrad and everyone involved in making this event possible! 👏

☄️ An extraordinary discovery with XP DEUS II in Bulgaria! 🇧🇬

A remarkable object weighing over 1 kg and believed to be an iron meteorite was recently discovered in a mountainous area near Montana, Bulgaria, using an XP DEUS II at around 60–65 cm depth.

The find was presented during the National Gathering of Gold Prospectors and Metal Detecting Enthusiasts, organised by the Bulgarian Gold Nugget and Meteorite Hunting Association (BGNMHA).

Preliminary analyses have revealed a high nickel content, strongly supporting its possible extraterrestrial origin. The specimen will now undergo further laboratory analysis and official certification.

A fantastic example of another fascinating side of metal detecting: searching for objects that may have travelled millions of kilometres before ending up beneath our feet. 🌍✨

Congratulations to the finder, BGNMHA and our Bulgarian distributor MDETECTORS for their continued work promoting meteorite hunting and responsible metal detecting.
