Losses during changeovers, CIP cycles, and product transitions are some of the most persistent challenges in dairy and beverage – and one of the hardest to act on without the right data.

These aren't new problems – but they've been hard to solve because conventional sensors simply can't see what's happening inside the process.

Our CTO Dr. Matti Järveläinen has written about how real-time liquid process intelligence is changing this for the brewing industry – moving from reactive, time-based control to state-based automation that responds to what's actually in the pipe.

Key results from a European beverage facility:
→ 23.5% reduction in CIP cycle time
→ 6,200 litres saved per cycle
→ 1.55 million litres saved annually
→ ROI in under one year
