OFFICIAL STATEMENT

We are aware of recent reports regarding “mysteriously missing” products from warehouses around the world.

At Exertus, we would like to clarify:
- We have not identified any missing KitKats in our warehouses.
- We have also not identified any missing controllers, displays, or other products, at least not on paper.

A small number of items may have been temporarily reassigned for internal “quality assurance purposes.” These investigations are ongoing and, importantly, deliciously thorough.

We have assembled a dedicated task force to look into this matter. They are fully operational and request no further questions at this time, because they’re on a short break.

If customers happen to receive extra items in their deliveries, this is not a mistake. This is what we call, "proactive customer satisfaction".

We remain committed to transparency, accountability, and occasionally checking the snack drawer.

Thank you for your understanding, and please remain calmly suspicious this April 1st.

🚨 Exertus Oy is taking Functional Safety to the next level 🚨

Following up on the new EU Machinery Regulation, Exertus has launched a powerful solution to support manufacturers – the Exertus Functional Safety Tool. This web-based tool automates the entire safety documentation process – from risk assessment to compliant reporting 👉 saving time, improving traceability, and reducing risk.

We recently supported our sister company, Fogmaker International AB, by conducting a safety analysis and documentation update project using the Exertus Functional Safety Tool. The result?

We’re proud to introduce the latest update of our ConnectExertus block – a custom-built Simulink integration developed in close collaboration with MathWorks. This unique tool enables seamless bidirectional communication between our Exmebus system and Simulink. Built using advanced MATLAB and S-Function techniques, it provides a powerful and efficient link between real-time control systems and simulation models.

🔧 With the ConnectExertus block, engineers can:
✅ Simulate and analyze real-time data
✅ Test and validate software and hardware virtually
✅ Save valuable time and resources before machine deployment

Originally launched in 2020, the latest version (4/2025) continues to support demanding development environments – especially in mobile work machines and other complex applications.

📦 Included in Exertus development toolchains and can be deployed as part of project deliveries.
