SADE Innovations Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey 2025: 80% 💙
Once again, we conducted a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey among our customers.
This year’s result: 80%.
That is a score one can – and should – consider very strong. In the software industry, NPS results above 55% are classified as excellent, and an 80% score indicates that the majority of our customers would actively recommend us to others. Thank you 💙
But even more important than the number itself is why.
When looking at the open-ended answers to the question “What do you think has been the best thing in SADE Innovations' work & way of working?”, a few themes stand out clearly. The first of them is honesty and trust.
• “Transparency and openness, even in small details. A solid ten out of ten.”
• “Non-bs approach and professionally handling all situations.”
• “Always upfront and honest with communication and realistic around timing and plans.”
Our customers particularly value open and direct communication, continuous visibility into project progress, and the fact that we only promise what we can deliver – and then we deliver it. Expertise, flexibility, and a strong get-things-done attitude were mentioned repeatedly:
• “Truly top-tier expertise.”
• “Attitude to get things done. Expertise.”
• “Easy to work with, easy to approach. All necessary skills + good platform.”
• “Genuiness. Always delivering what is promised within cost estimates and schedules.”
• “Reliable and professional individuals.”
• “Mutual trust.”
SADE Booster IoT Asset, as well as our practical approach to software development and the use of AI, also received positive feedback. And especially heartwarming has been to read that working with us is perceived as genuinely smooth and low-stress – “clear meetings without stress.”
We also asked where we could improve. The responses were honest and valuable – exactly the kind of feedback we hope to receive. Areas mentioned included better predictability in project and cost management, improved reporting, increased systematic ways of working, workload estimation, and resource availability in certain areas. There were also wishes for (even more 🙂) active sparring, development ideas, and more frequently held joint roadmap sessions.
This is precisely why the NPS survey is important to us. It is not just a metric, but a conversation starter and a development tool. We want to continue being a partner you can rely on, even when things are not simple.
We truly appreciate every comment – praise and criticism alike. We promise to listen, learn, and continue developing our way of working so that collaborating with us remains easy, honest, and effective. Working together, achieving together, and succeeding together are simply the best! 🤝❤️
