🆕🚧 Miltä näyttää kunnossapidon tulevaisuus – ja mitä siitä puhutaan IFME:ssä Helsingissä?

Kesäkuussa Helsinki toimii kuntatekniikan ja kunnossapidon globaalina kohtaamispaikkana, kun IFME World Congress 2026 kokoaa alan asiantuntijat yhteen. Ohjelma kertoo paljon siitä, mihin suuntaan ala on menossa:
- Datalla johdettu kunnossapito
- Omaisuudenhallinta ja ennakointi
- Ilmastonkestävä infra
- Tekoälyn hyödyntäminen päätöksenteossa
➡️ Kyse ei ole enää yksittäisistä ratkaisuista, vaan koko toimintamallin muutoksesta.

Olemme mukana tapahtumassa – ja erityisesti hienoa on, että Autori Oy:n Keijo Pulkkinen on mukana ohjelmassa puhujana. Hänen pitää esitelmän aiheesta "Oulun seudun pääpyöräilyreittien talvihoitourakka, kokemuksia työnohjauksen kehittämisestä". Kyse ei ole teoriasta, vaan operatiivisesta arjesta:

What will we actually be showing at Traffex 2026?

We’re heading to Coventry on 20–21 May to take part in Traffex—the UK’s leading event for highways and road infrastructure.

But instead of just “presenting software,” our focus is on something more practical:
➡️ How visual road data can be used in daily operations
➡️ How decisions move from assumption to verified evidence
➡️ And how this connects all the way from observation to approved work
