In the summer of 2016, I was still working as a roof salesman. One day, I went on three customer visits, and in each one I heard the same question:

"Have you done a project nearby for someone?"

A familiar situation in sales. And I had. The response just wasn't the best.

"Yeah, the street over there, the third house... blue or grey". No names, no numbers, no real feeling, no PROOF.

Trust fell short and deals fell through.

On the way back home, I was scrolling through Facebook and saw a customer experience video shared by Johannes Karjula (who would end up being my boss not much later...)

In that moment, a lightbulb went on. 💡

Why don't I have something like this? Why can't the customer hear proof directly from another customer?"

The next day, I dove into customer stories and reviews.

Pohjoisen Auto, a Finnish car dealership operating in three cities, used to be one of them.
