🇯🇵 Big news — DeskMe is heading to Tokyo!

We're powering the digital venue experience for TEDxInnovationU Tokyo Edition 2026, taking place on March 28 at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center.

Here's what that means in practice: all 18 startup booths at the event will have their own interactive digital presence — with company info, photos, and a direct link to their website or a special offer for attendees. Visitors can explore the full exhibitor lineup before they even set foot in the venue, use the map to navigate the floor on the day, and catch up with any booths they missed afterwards.

This kind of experience is what we've been building toward — and after our deployment at Nordic Business Forum 2025 in Helsinki, it's exciting to bring it to Japan for the first time. 🙌

Happy to announce DeskMe is making a visual facility map for Nordic Business Forum 2025!

With 7,500 leaders gathering in Helsinki, NBF is the largest business conference in the Nordics. This year, DeskMe will enhance the attendee and partner experience with a visual facility map that makes it easier to explore the venue, discover partner companies on site, and locate other points of interest.
