We're hiring a DevSecOps Engineer! 🔐

TalentAdore is growing, and it's time to bring infrastructure and security ownership in-house. That means someone who can take our cloud setup, unify our CI/CD, and build the security practices we need to keep scaling responsibly (ISO 27001 included).

What you'd own:

1️⃣ Cloud infrastructure (GCP, with some AWS legacy)
2️⃣ CI/CD and deployment, from Kustomize to container security
3️⃣ Secrets management, vulnerability scanning, dependency checks – security built into the pipeline, not bolted on after
4️⃣ Documentation and evidence for ISO 27001
5️⃣ A security-first culture across engineering

What we're looking for: 6+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience, real DevSecOps chops, and practical ISO 27001 experience. Bonus points for Terraform/IaC, GDPR or NIS2 familiarity, or a background moving from DevOps into security ownership.

Kun käyttö kielletään, ihminen tekee työnsä silti mahdollisimman helposti — hankkii oman lisenssin ja syöttää yrityksen dataa kielimalliin kiellosta huolimatta. Tätä kutsutaan "Shadow AI:ksi", ja silloin tieto valuu paikkoihin, joista kukaan ei pidä kirjaa.

TalentAdoren AI Service Hub toimii turvaporttina sovelluksen ja taustalla olevien tekoälypalveluiden välissä. Se anonymisoi henkilö- ja muun arkaluonteisen tiedon ennen kuin mitään liikkuu ulospäin — ja pyyhkii historiatiedon kielimallilta käytön jälkeen. Lopputulos: yritys voi käyttää turvallisesti haluttuja malleja, kuten Claudea ja Geminiä, eikä kriittinen data karkaa EU:n ulkopuolelle.

Käyttäjälle ero ei näy: tekoäly on käytössä ja käyttöliittymä tietoturvallinen.

You'd be building the AI-powered ops hub that helps our Customer Success team scale. Onboarding flows, renewal logic, smart routing – all the things that quietly make life easier for 150+ SMB accounts and the entire team.

What this role looks like:

→ Up to 80% of your time on AI, Ops & Automations (rare for a CS role)
→ Tools: Planhat, Intercom, Linear + a growing AI stack

What we're looking for:

→ 2–3 years in high-volume CS, SaaS, or B2B ops
→ Hands-on with CRMs / CS platforms
→ Self-starter energy and an efficiency obsession
→ Fluent in English + Finnish (Swedish is a bonus)
