If you've ever managed a high-volume CS portfolio and thought "this should be automated by now", we would like to talk!

You'd be building the AI-powered ops hub that helps our Customer Success team scale. Onboarding flows, renewal logic, smart routing – all the things that quietly make life easier for 150+ SMB accounts and the entire team.

What this role looks like:

→ Up to 80% of your time on AI, Ops & Automations (rare for a CS role)
→ Tools: Planhat, Intercom, Linear + a growing AI stack

What we're looking for:

→ 2–3 years in high-volume CS, SaaS, or B2B ops
→ Hands-on with CRMs / CS platforms
→ Self-starter energy and an efficiency obsession
→ Fluent in English + Finnish (Swedish is a bonus)

- Multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, SMS) to connect with prospects, qualify leads, and book meetings for our sales team.
- Work from our brand-new Pasila office 2-3 days/week – the rest is up to you.

We offer you the tools you need to succeed. You'll use our own, secure "GPT tool" (TAChat) alongside HubSpot, Apollo and more.

Before you ask about the compensation model, here it is: €2,500–€2,750/month base (depending on your skills and experience) + variable bonus. 💰
