✨ What an unforgettable week in Poland ✨

This week, we reached the peak of our 10-year anniversary celebrations, and it was truly special. Every employee, from those who joined on day one to those who started just the day before the event, came together in Poland to celebrate our journey. 💙

We were joined by our founders and board members — a sincere thank you for leading us through this milestone. A special thank you to our CEO, Jussi Vasama, for driving this get-together and leading the company with wisdom and inspiration. And of course, thank you to everyone who worked behind the scenes to organize the event, and to all of our colleagues for making it such a memorable celebration.

It was wonderful to also welcome our new colleagues from e18 Innovation — a perfect way to kick off this next chapter together.

Markus has been appointed Head of Sales Scandinavia and is now a valued member of our Management Team. Markus brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, having previously served as Country Manager for Norway and accounted for sales in Denmark since 2022.

🌞Summer vibes and bittersweet farewells in DWF headquarters.🌞

Last Friday, we kicked off the summer season in style, gathering to celebrate our fantastic team and bid farewell to Heikki Länsisyrjä and Jukka Virkkunen at the Helsinki office.

Starting in our headquarters, we popped open bottles of bubbly and reminisced about the amazing times we've shared and our remarkable impact together. It was an afternoon filled with laughter, singing, and heartfelt memories.

But the fun didn't end there! 🎉 We surprised everyone with a secret location where a lovely evening awaited us. In beautiful Finnish seaside surroundings, we enjoyed delicious food, refreshing drinks, and live music that had everyone swaying to the rhythm.
