With this as our focus for nearly twenty years, we have become experts in the IT asset management business. We complement leasing and financing with IT lifecycle solutions. Our customers stay with us for repeated refresh cycles, which has been the foundation for our growth.

Need some help with law and justice? ⚖️ Just follow the laughter ringing in the office and you will find Viivi, our Legal Counsel. Viivi started at 3stepIT as a part-time trainee while studying, travelled the world during an exchange semester and finally found her way back home, to 3stepIT. 🏡 Since then, she has been working on a bunch of different projects in the legal team. Besides interesting work tasks, what Viivi likes the most about 3stepIT is the people. Even during the busiest times, there’s not a day without some joking around. 🤣 And that’s when we hear her laugh! ☺️

This is Jonne, our Sales Manager who wakes everyone up by making his morning smoothies in the office kitchen at 8am 🌄 For him the best part about 3stepIT is that we are sales oriented and the the team is highly appreciated.
