Last week we had the great pleasure of gathering (almost) all Finnish and International GBuilders for the yearly summer party at our HQ in Finland.

We started with some workshops, strategic meetings, and team building. After that, we continued with a private screening of Top Gun 2 and team dinner before we got the party started for real 🎶 💃 🕺🏻

Finland showed its best side and offered high temperatures, blue sky and of course the midnight sun.

Thank you everyone in for an amazing time, and thanks to Arne Allewaert, Cal Stock, and Conan Lauterpacht for making the trip all the way to Finland. We are already looking forward to next time! ⭐️

The wait is finally over! 💣💥

Say hello to the brand new GBuilder 🥳

This year marks the 8th birthday for GBuilder, and we are celebrating this milestone with a completely new look. From today onwards, you'll recognise us from our renewed and simplified logo and brand colours of black pearl, linen white, and antique brass.

Together with the new logo, GBuilder's website has undergone a complete refurbishment.

A few minutes ago, the brand new episode of the AEC-Business Podcast was released.

Listen to our CEO talk about how we serve all stakeholders in the value chain, including the construction companies, developers, home buyers, subcontractors, material providers, and aftermarket teams through a common language.

“One of the most crucial stakeholders, the one that has been left out of the building process historically, is the one paying the bills - the home buyer. For them, the common language and our solution would look like a very nice looking user interface where they can interact with the customer success team or even with the construction site. They have a view over all the material they will get, and they can ask for offers, see attachments, upload pictures and attachments.

One of the coolest things is that out of every home, we create an HD3D visualisation that is linked to the database. It’s based on the BIM so they can configure it, walk around in it, basically they can create they own home from the comfort of their own couch.”

Greetings from GBuilder's employees! 💌

At GBuilder, we are strong believers in hard work, but we also believe in the importance of taking time off to enjoy the beautiful winter.

At our HQ in northern Finland, we are now celebrating winter break. Here's what our fellow Finns likes to do during the wintertime:

🧖 Sauna - Actually, it doesn't matter what holiday it is, or even if it's winter or summer, Finns goes to the sauna all the time.

⛷ Skiing - Downhill and cross-country skiing are great ways to enjoy nature on the move.

🏒 Ice skating - Activities on ice are very popular, everything from figure skating and ice hockey to skating on a rink or a frozen lake.

🎣 Ice fishing - What is better than sitting alone on a frozen lake with no other sounds than nature? If you actually catch a fish or not is not that important.

🏊 Ice swimming - Many Finns like to take a dip in a frozen lake. This tradition can be enjoyed with or without a visit to the sauna.

One thing that all activities have in common is that they are best enjoyed with some grilled sausage 🔥
