Nordic Hospitality Partners Oyj implements Nomis HelpDesk service request management system
Nomis Oy and Nordic Hospitality Partners Oyj (NoHo Partners) signed an agreement in August 2019 for Nomis HelpDesk service management system delivery, in order to improve efficiency of equipment and maintenance orders management for the restaurants owned by NoHo Partners.
The intention of the project is to clarify and improve the efficiency of equipment management, and handling of maintenance orders in the restaurants. The system will initially be piloted in selected NoHo Partners’ restaurants. After the pilot phase, the system will be distributed eventually to all 220 restaurants owned by NoHo Partners.
”NoHo Partners is improving its efficiency with the system. It enables quick reactions to service requests, clear cost savings, and eases the coordination between the parties. The system supports our business, and we are looking forward to implementing it,” comments NoHo Partners’ Chief Procurement Officer, Eero Aho.
