Where do time and value actually get lost and which investments should follow?
That was the question behind our main keynote at the Aurora Live Supply Chain Forum.
Dashboards show that a process is slow or costly. They rarely show the path that produced the result.
In the demo we followed the actual path from order to delivery. Process data made the rework visible and pointed to a pricing issue. Then we asked AI, through the process context, why those orders were slow. The evidence pointed to order instability and repeated repricing, not material availability.
The material can move. The order does not.
Process intelligence gives you an evidence base of what happened. AI can help test explanations and narrow where to look next.
