Meet the team: Antti Pynnönen, CFO at Incap Corporation 👋

Since joining Incap in 2019, Antti has played a key role in supporting the company’s and international . With extensive experience in and business , he brings valuable expertise to Incap’s global operations.

As CFO, he is responsible for financial reporting, financing activities, risk management, and supporting acquisitions. What he enjoys most about Incap is its dynamic environment, where every day brings new opportunities and challenges.

Outside of work, Antti enjoys playing competitive tennis, reading, and spending time at his summer house by the Finnish coast 🎾📚🌊

Incap Corporation is restructuring its management organisation by introducing a geographically organised leadership model. The new model aims at more effective leadership, efficient Group‑wide cooperation and operations, as well as strong ex*****on of the growth strategy with region-specific priorities.

As part of the new structure, Incap will establish three regional President positions covering Asia Pacific, Europe, and Americas and the rest of the world. The updated management structure reflects Incap’s evolution into a significantly larger global company following acquisitions in recent years.

As a result of the changes, Incap’s Management Team as of June 9, 2026, comprises Otto Pukk, President and CEO, Antti Pynnönen, CFO, Murthy Munipalli, regional President Asia Pacific, Ralf Hasler, regional President Europe, and Helena Maripuu, CCAO.

After an intense and hard-fought against Switzerland, Finland secured the 2026 IIHF World Championship title with a dramatic overtime winner. 🔥

As a Finnish company, we at Incap Corporation are delighted to celebrate this proud moment for Finnish sports and congratulate Team Finland on their outstanding achievement.

We are incredibly proud of the Finnish team for their , , and throughout the tournament. From outstanding defensive performances to unforgettable moments on the ice, they showed what it means to compete at the highest level.

A special congratulations to Konsta Helenius, whose overtime brought the home and wrote another memorable chapter in Finnish history.

Incap Germany, Incap Finland and Incap Estonia participated in in Helsinki, the leading European event for electronic warfare and electromagnetic spectrum operations. Under the theme “Re-Arming Europe for Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority”, the event brought together industry experts, military representatives and technology providers from across Europe and beyond.

As the only EMS provider exhibiting at the event, Incap received strong interest from international visitors and industry partners. Discussions focused on topics such as Defence , secure supply chains, , qualification requirements and the of complex electronic systems for modern defence applications.

The focused and highly technical atmosphere of AOC Europe once again highlighted the growing importance of resilient European electronics manufacturing capabilities and trusted partnerships in the evolving defence landscape.

Meet the team: Mona Leskinen, a Finance Analyst at Incap Corporation👋

Mona started her journey at Incap as an and later continued in her current role as a Finance Analyst. Alongside her work, she is also completing her master’s thesis on Incap.

In her role, Mona works with and and contributes to finance development projects. As part of Incap’s small HQ team, she enjoys the variety of tasks and the opportunity to work on different topics across the business.

Outside of work, Mona enjoys sports, travelling, and spending time with friends and family ✨

Incap is at AOC Europe 2026 in Helsinki, May 19-21. 🛡️

AOC Europe brings together military, industrial and academic stakeholders working in electromagnetic warfare operations, technologies and equipment. It offers a forum to discuss current challenges in the electromagnetic spectrum, with a focus on European and Nordic requirements.

This year highlights the evolving operational environment across Europe, shaped by recent conflicts and hybrid activity, and the growing importance of electromagnetic spectrum superiority for security.

At the exhibition, Incap showcases how these developments translate into practice, from RF-optimized printed circuit boards and cable assemblies to system cabling and fully assembled, ready-to-deploy devices.

As part of Arvopaperi’s annual portfolio competition, Board Member Julianna Borsos shares her views on the companies included in her investment portfolio - with Incap among the positive contributors.

Borsos highlights Incap’s recent development and the acquisition of Lacon Group in Germany as a meaningful growth step, with expected synergies becoming visible over time. “We are now enjoying the latest acquisition. Synergies should be visible in sales, for example, this year. This is a truly significant growth leap.”

Otto Pukk joined Incap in November 2015 as Managing Director of Incap Estonia In 2018, he stepped in as interim CEO and was later appointed President and CEO the same year. Since then, he has played a key role in shaping Incap’s growth and expanding its global footprint.
