Let's continue our series by welcoming our newest asset to the team, Customer Support Specialist, Teemu Niskanen! Teemu, you have experience both from the site in infrastructure construction and from software development. You have also used Infrakit before as a customer, so you bring a great skill set with you to our team. What made you choose Infrakit as your employer, what kind of help are you looking forward to provide to our customers, and has something surprised you now that you are working on the other side of the product?

There were several things that attracted me considering Infrakit. For example, the potential to provide a revolutionary change in the infrastructure-building industry and push the field closer to modern-day requirements regarding digitalization and efficient working habits. I hope that we can together enlighten customers about the importance of quality data and help them implement state-of-the-art tools as part of their everyday workflow. I have used Infrakit before, but still my previous experience with Infrakit was quite modest. The deeper I dive into the Infrakit software, the more I understand the potential and the large scale of the use cases it provides.
