Meet Jeffie - our new digital assistant in customer environments!

Jeffie is designed to enhance how we communicate with our customers and end users within the Efecte Service Management (ESM) tool.

Unlike current communication methods, Jeffie allows us to talk to and hear directly from the end-users.

Why is this important?

✅ improves user engagement
✅ informs users about new features
✅ increases adoption of these features
✅ gathers in-app feedback from real end users

The rollout starts from Finnish dedicated cloud environments, with others to follow later. Announcements will be made in Finnish, with other languages to be added when Jeffie is rolled out in other areas :)
