❄️ Fun & Flow Day at Lake Tuusula ⛸️🛷

Great work deserves a great break – and that’s exactly what our Fun & Flow Day delivered! Our team enjoyed a sunny winter afternoon skating and kick sledding on Lake Tuusula, sharing fresh air, laughter, and great company outside the office. Huge thanks to the organizers for making it happen! 💚

☀️ Summer fun, Axel-style!
We kicked off the summer season at beautiful Palsta Kirkkonummi. Split into teams, we put our survival skills to the test – from fire-making and first aid to blowpipe aim and stretcher building. After the survival games, we relaxed with sauna, whirlpool bath, great food, cold drinks, board games, and other activities. Later in the evening, we sang karaoke at the office, and a few brave souls even kept the party going downtown.

This year we celebrated the beginning of summer with a cruise to Stockholm. On the ship, we enjoyed delicious food and drinks, danced to the rhythm of the sea breeze, and of course, sang karaoke. In Stockholm, we had fun moments on a city tour and shopped in the old town.

We wish a sunny and refreshing summer to all our customers, partners, and followers! ☀️

My day kicked off with a team meeting where we discussed various marketing projects and their progress. We wrapped up the meeting with a team lunch that was both satisfying and uplifting. Currently, I’m crafting new user interface visuals for our Encounter product, while also tackling a flurry of messages regarding upcoming spring events. Later this afternoon, I’m scheduled to dive into creating a new animation for our Planner product. It’s refreshing to have such variety in my workdays!

"I just came from Axel Health's all-hands meeting, where we go through current topics that concern all employees on a monthly basis. Now, I'm rushing to a product management meeting, where we discuss the roadmap for our flagship product, Axel Planner, for this year. During the meeting, we decide what actions to take and brainstorm how we can provide more value to the product's users, i.e. our customers. After that, I'll do some approval testing, respond to messages, and take a look at the product development backlog."
