Manage all sales system data by uploading, maintain and validating it. Work closely with OpCo IT to configure data. Handle new or change requests on time with quality. Update and maintain Customer, product, users and outlet Master Data.

• Perform Integration and acceptance testing
• Collect and Validate Change Requests
• Master data configuration
• Manager all sales system data by uploading, maintain and validating it
• Work closely with OpCo IT to configure data
• Handle new or change requests on time with quality
• Customer Master Data: Maintain Master Data and Validate new Customer Master Data
• Product Master Data: Upload Product Master Data and Maintain Product Master Data
• User Admin Sales: with the support of IT create, maintain and update sales force user data
• Outlet ex*****on standards:
• Update ex*****on KPI targets, Deactivate KPI targets
• Define standard per channel
• Creation reporting + Distribution reporting
• Create, upload and report survey
• Align regularly with OpCo IT to investigate rout-causes and create a permanent solution for reoccurring challenges
• Generate report on the performance of sales systems data quality and management
• Management of the Customer Relationship Management tool
• Manages all CRM settings
• Modify outlet standards
• Regularly updates Master Data information
• Manages the Import Data Manager Tool
• Imports and exports CRM data with the Data Tool to update or provide CRM information.
• Generation of weekly call cards
• Generation of weekly top cards
• Generating campaigns, appointments sales zone messages
• Updating outlet information in close contact with the sales force before the respective sales areas enter the SEM system
• First Point of Contact for Users For Data Management
• Point of contact for end-users on all questions, incidents and problems for the Sales Systems Data Management solution
• Responsible for maintaining the list of who does what for all local business activities
• Propose actions and/or activities required for resolving of the problem or incident related to Data Management
• Align regularly with OpCo IT to investigate rout-causes and create a permanent solution for reoccurring challenges
• Integration of all Data in all Sales Systems
• Check the integration of the data through out all Sales Systems (SEM, B2B, C-NET…)
• Generate report on the performance of sales systems data quality and management
• Perform other activities as assigned by supervisor
